Project Description
Telefónica aimed to enhance fuel control and management at its distributed generation plants across the country. The implementation of LEDA was proposed as the ideal solution to obtain real-time information, organise logistics, and ensure efficient supply to all locations.
Implementation Process
Pilot Test at the Barracas Plant: Since 2018 to the present day, the Barracas plant has served as a successful model with 32 installed sensors, allowing for the collection of critical real-time data and agile decision-making.
Centralized Monitoring via Internet: Telefónica's proprietary intranet enables secure and efficient centralized monitoring, offering a global and detailed view of all plants in real time.
Expansion to others Datacenters: Success in Barracas led to the expansion of LEDA to Telefónica's other datacenters across the country, ensuring consistency in management and accurate data collection.
Results and Strategic Positioning
Strategic Suppliers: Desitec became an essential component of Telefónica's operations, consolidating the relationship as strategic suppliers due to the required complexity and precision.
